Cypress House

A large Carmel lot had a tremendous ocean view and a sad house which had been remodeled to death over the years. The new owner from Texas wanted to completely redesign and expand the entire residence to capitalize on the view of Carmel Bay. The interior spaces were enlarged and reorganized to create an open plan with patios extending the spaces towards the Carmel Bay views.
