Ray Parks and Associates were selected by property owners with historic Carmel Cottages which needed to be remodeled to update and expand the historic structure to provide a more livable home. The Architect’s job is to restore the historic cottage in accordance with the Interior of Secretaries standards and distinguish the new residential addition in a harmonious architectural style.

Ray Parks and Associates’ early efforts helped establish the communities’ protocols and procedures in accordance with the Interior of Secretaries standards to allow the historic structures to be preserved in perpetuity.
