Spec House

A development partnership had purchases a Carmel residential property with mature oaks trees to build a marketable spec house and maximize profits for the owners. Ray Parks and Associates was selected to develop a cost effective residential design around the mature Oak trees and obtained the necessary permits from the city for construction. The residence sold at the market price.
